Pick'N'Mix Orders Are Non-Returnable
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Pick and Mix sweet selections.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team is here to help resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong items, let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can put it right.
Proof Required
For any issues above, we kindly ask that you provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items before we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
Incomplete Address Liability
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, we must wait for it to be returned to our facility before resending or refunding.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us. While we cannot accept liability for parcels lost after proof of delivery, we will open a claim with the courier on your behalf and support you throughout the process.
